Online Vitamin Ordering Process step by step:

Option One - From my webpage www.joyhealth.com click the online store link

If you have not registered, click register now. Create your own user name and password.

To protect you, the company has recently upgraded its security. Now you will need to have at least six characters in your

user name and password. Only the password must include at least one number and at least one Upper Case letter.

(Example: Maryann7) The new system is case sensitive so write down your user name and password accurately.

If you previously registered and can no longer access your secure account, this is likely the reason.

Just re-register and add at least one number and one Upper Case letter to your existing password.

You should be able to order now. If not, e-mail me and I will help you.

If you have already registered then

Click log in at top left corner.

Your personal page will pop up.

Click online store link.

Place your order.

Option Two - Type www.drjoy.meta-ehealth.com into the address window of your online page. Click go.

My on line store page will come up.

Click log in at top left corner. (Haven't registered? Click register now.)

Your personal page will pop up.

Click online store link.

Place your order.

Option Three:

If you get the Metagenics page instead of my online store page then:

If you are aready registered, click the consumer button.

If you have not registered you must go to option 1 or 2 to register off my On Line Store page.

On next screen, log in at top left corner with your personal user name and password.

The next screen will pop up with your name on it.

Click the on line store link.

The online store will pop up.

Click the alphabet letter corresponding to the first letter of the product you wish to order.

The screens will prompt you through the ordering process.
