Sample Recipe from Absolutely Healthy, Fun Fast Foods

Fresh Salsa in Minutes by Joy Lasseter, Ph.D. Holistic Nutritionist

Place the following in your food processor. Use a pulsing action or you will get a puree instead of chunks.
6 ripe Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 medium red onion
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 or a whole Serrano chili pepper (remove seeds)
Add a dash of Bragg Liquid Aminos or Light Soy or sea salt to taste. Serve with blue corn chips, vegetable slices or baked tortilla chips. For a very low calorie treat, try sliced cucumbers, zucchini, daikon radish, celery or red bell pepper for dipping.
